ABSA JUST harasses their clients, own clients

I'm writing my review about Absa bank for the 3rd time mow, I made arrangements to pay off the arrears with my bonus end of March they just double debited my money and now I don't have money to go by for the month, I am dissaponted by this conduct why do we make arrangements, Absa enjoys harrasing their clients, and arrangements are false
