ABSA just don't care

ABSA bank FICA block on my Bonds 'RB Home Loan Remediation' <***ca> ABSA bank blocked my 'Flexi Reserve' Bond accounts for FICA. When I received a warning from them in 2023, I immediately rep**** and asked them to confirm that it is not a ****. ZERO response, just blocked my bonds. Since then I sent them all the info they requested (despite them having it in the first place). Many emails since, but I keep on getting ignored. I 'parked' funds on the bonds in good faith, expecting it to be available on demand when I need it, and now this block when I need the funds. ABSA cares ZERO for their customers.
