ABSA just doesn't care

ABSA just doesn't care. I phoned ABSA internet banking with an urgent request for help. Phone was answered by a lady who didn't have a clue. After using all my airtime, the call was cut and I still needed help with my problem. ABSA JUST DOES'T CARE!!!
