ABSA, just another South African bank, useless
I receive no e-statements for my business account. And there are no archived statements on internet banking either. I wrote to them asking for that. They emailed and said they assigned a consultant to me. Next thing, the case is closed. They don't answer their phones either. ABSA you're such a friggin pain and you make me pay for that.
