ABSA JUST A JOKE

It is very difficult to get hold of ABSA on the phone, can someone help with some of some sort of Authority and have a view of loans , bonds, insurance as i want to move away everything i do with ABSA because now am paying insurance am not covered, i think the best way is just to remove money from my account so there is no money for premiums or bond or loans , hopefully someone from ABSA will phone me and help, Insurance its just ****mers , but am fade up , ABSA is such a disgrace
