Absa jurnal debits.
Absa took R2000.00 out of my savings account with a journal debit. I understand that it relates to a loan that is in arrears, but I have not given any authorisation with regards to that amount, and was never informed about their intentions to do this.
This is very difficult for me as i am not in a position to afford a R2000.00 debit on my account.
If one cant afford the original installment, why would this bank debit your account with almost double the installment amount?
