Absa journaled my account for the second time without my knowledge nor consent due to Brooks and Luyt

Absa has journaled my account for a second time in 3 months without my knowledge or consent. After sending proof of payment to Brooks and Luyt. I am currently on Debt Review for the past NINE years now and still owing which I don't understand, I have tried clearing all discrepancies but have not Received any feedback nor reasons why my account was journaled the first time nor the second time now.
