ABSA Journal debit, unauthorized Debit order

Good day

Trust you are well I am writing in concern to the funds that was deducted from ABSA Cheque account with no approvals nor arrangements made from my end. An amount of R34 973,93 was debited with reference JOURNAL DEBIT RCCS BOS J ***. I request for all those funds to be immediately reversed back into my cheque account and proper arrangements to be made with both parties for future transactions.

When I check that account to see how those funds were allocated I can't even retrieve the settlement quote for loan account it says account paid in full.

Is ABSA allowed by LAW to make such unauthorized Debit Orders on clents accounts?
