Absa journal debit Absa card

I had 2 journal debit go off my account each of R2895.27 and R2818.60 on 11-03-2019 of which were not authorised. I went to absa branch, not knowing what was the problem the consultant called cheque account department and was transferred to the ***** department, the loan department and the credit card department. The credit card department told her the money was debited to cover the arrears, since my credit card is under legal i personally called the legal to find out if they had debited and they told me they only got the money which we made an agreement on and that was R830 on the 25-02-2019. i called the credit card department and hold for 40min amd couldnt hol any longer. considering that i have only been 3 months active with absa I regret moving from my previous bank.
