Absa Journal ****

I made payment of R3329.95 on the 28th of May using my Absa card transaction was successful on my end and money was received by receiver all other transactions were successful and they appear on my statement only this transaction wasn't shown as successful transaction I didn't get refund because they claim money never left my account yet it my received by other party on my pending payments it was still showing that this transaction isn't yet out R3330.00 but Absa put Debit Journal on my account taking more money from my account balance while R3329.95 was already taken from my account I've been going to bank and calling I'm not getting help if money didn't leave my account why money wasn't there ?? It wasn't on my account anymore after that transaction so Absa is double charging me twice for 1 transaction and I believe that is wrong why not investigate where R3329.95 went to before your Journal because there's no refund on my account of R3329.95 and I didn't use that R3329.95 as they said claim I did I need transactions that show me using that R3329.95 after it was refunded on my account
