Absa joubertina sucks

Joubertina branch sucks. The one Atm at the bank very often runs out of cash. Furthermore the service is terrible. Today i have bee traying to draw cash and has taken me more tha 3 hours travel from the bank and another atm which works, and still dont have cash. According to their general enquires and teller the card should work but doesnt.
