Absa jornal debit they are bullies

Hello, absa is the worst bank ever! I am currently under debt review and I was told my cheque account would be closed because of that. So i was told to open a savings account and move my salary and debit orders. Which I did. After a while I get a call from them saying I must pay their check account because its owing. But I thought it was closed. Now i get a journal debit order from them of R4455,00 withou any form of communication to me. I cannot afford such money its meant for other debt payment. If they had contacted me they would have known am under debt review and cannot afford such amount from being taken. Absa people they are bullies. They dont care about their customers.
