ABSA JNL DEBIT ON MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

On 26/03/2020 my employer handed letters stating no work no pay due to the Lock down Covid19. I am currently under Debt Review with a company called Debtcheck from 2017. I sent through this letter on the 06/04/2020 to the debt councellor asking them to apply for a 3 month relief from ABSA for my Vehicle Finance, ABSA Personal Loan and STD Bank Home Loan. I received feedback from STD Bank Home Loan and I was granted the 3 month relief. But ABSA did a JNL Debit on my account on the 22/05/2020 for R5000 without contacting me or inquiring about my financial situation. My employer has paid the employees when they receive funds from the COVID UIF Relief. My husband is a sales rep and the income at the moment is only what I receive. I am very ANGER with ABSA , at this time we require compassion but they have just taken money from my account without my permission. i request this JNL entry be reversed and a 3 month relief on all my accounts immediately .
