ABSA JEFFREYS BAY - OCCUPIED WITHOUT COMPENSATION
.... still sore and tired, so i won't go into the details of the assault and ****** i experienced at absa bank in jeffreys bay (all captured on cctv camera which they would not show me today) - i was born in pietermaritzburg 69.3 years ago - i am an african irishman - the past 4 days absa bank jeffreys bay taught me that i have to accept the fact that the south africians of a darker completion really hate me (not the ones i know who love me and visa/versa) - viva donald trump viva - longlive donald trump longlive - to all the good boers still alive and well, in this once beautiful but now Godforsaken country - accept donald trumps grateful invitation to you - leave before they kill us all - they will all starve to death or kill eachouther whichever comes first - i don't care anymore - just noted by hellopeter that absa do not have the courage to list on hellopeter - their email *** - dont expect any LOL

Dear Information Officer,
I am writing to formally request access to CCTV footage under the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA) in connection with an assault that took place inside the Jeffreys Bay ATM terminal on 05 March 2025 at approximately 09.00
ABSA employees were present at the scene and witnessed the assault but did not intervene or provide assistance. The CCTV footage recorded by your bank’s surveillance system is critical for potential legal action and to establish the circumstances surrounding this incident.
As this footage contains personal information relating to me, I am exercising my rights under PAIA to request access to it. I request:
1. A copy of the CCTV footage covering the area inside the ATM section the ABSA Jeffreys Bay terminal on 05 March 2025 between 08.30 and 10.00.
2. Any internal reports or records related to the incident.
Should my request be denied, please provide a written explanation citing the legal grounds for refusal. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate the matter to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
