ABSA it's so unprofessional

Yoooooooooooooooo Absa so unprofessional really ,I'm so annoyed I opened a cheque account and took a life cover, now they threatening to black list me because of the bank changes of the account I don't even use . And they never explained this terms and conditions of this account because if they did I was not going to bother myself opening it .... I tell this MBD consultant that I want to close it, he says no I must settle the account by force
