ABSA&IT'S CONTRACTORS POOR SERVICE

My wife had submitted a building claim to ABSA on 28.10.2015@ around 13h10 to get doors and gates repaired since we had a burglary. We were promised response time of 2 hours, My wife called ABSA at 15:10. A contractor KOANAS PROJECT MANAGEMENT was then assigned. Pictures of the door was forward to contractor before he came to the property around 17h00.He came with a wrong size temp door that has gaps .
