Absa is withholding my home loan refund

The transfer of my home and settlement of the bond occurred 26 September 2022. Absa then went on to debit my account with an amount R60k 2 days later to which I assume was the bond payment (with extra thousands included). I followed up with Absa to determine why they debited my account and why my home loan account isn’t closed. I was informed they have not yet received the payment which I then disputed given the lawyers shared a pop from Investec to settle the bond. It is now 7 days later; Absa still claims they have not received the funds which is an outright lie. I have been charged a payment for a home I do not own. I cannot seem to find anyone from homeloans who can sort out this mess.
