ABSA IS WITHHOLDING ACCESS TO MY FUNDS

I wrote a review last week. All I received so far is promises

Vanessa Crowe emailed me following last week’s review. And I suppose she told someone to contact me Monday morning.

This guy, I cannot remember his name but his phone number is +27 (79) ***, phoned me Monday morning with all kinds of promises. I sent him the email addresses of all my business bankers. He said he is going to email all and will cc me.

I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO HELP ME.

I sit with R1.6 M in funds that I cannot utilise.

PLEASE HELP

I then wanted to close my account but Absa refuse. They say my accounts first needs to be fica’ed before I can close my account. I have trying to FICA my accounts the last three months, sending them all required documents.
