ABSA is useless

On the 9 June 2024 some unauthorized transactions took place on my credit card, ABSA was quick to notify me through sms and what's app notifications, I then quickly logged on my ABSA App and blocked my credit card and moments later called ABSA credit card division to officially log a ***** case. I did all the necessary paperwork that was required for the investigation and was told an agent will contact me within 48 hours. Its now almost 40 days and no one has contacted me. This bank is absolutely useless I'm sure they are hoping I forget about this matter so that they don't have to replace the ****** funds. My advise to anybody starting off or wanting to switch banks to please stay away from ABSA because their customer service is non existant. I'm going to definitely move banks
