ABSA is useless. Credit Card Department closed for whole of Lockdown. Why?

So this stupid bank (ABSA) blocks your Credit Card even though there is funds available, then when you go to the Bank they tell you, that the Credit Card department is closed for the Lockdown and you won't be able to access your own Money until the lockdown is over. But off course you can still pay money into it.

So now I cannot just unlock my Credit Card, I can't even transfer the money back into my savings account, or use my own damn money. No wonder this bank is voted as South Africa's WORST bank.
