Absa is useless

I am trying to suspend Debi Check debit orders because they have come to an end. Your limit on the app is only R500.00 so I have to email you. Which I have done I have sent 2 emails and the team only replies back 2 or 3 days after. Then they tell me yesterday i need to give more detials which i do then they reply today asking again for more details. I dont understand why its so difficult. i need to suspend these debi check debit orders.
