ABSA IS USELESS AND THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY

I am so sick of ABSA. You guys are the most *********** and useless bunch of people. I have emailed multiple people, dealt with countless departments. I have sent proof of payment and settlement of my ABSA account. Its been over a week that i have asked that my credit card be closed as i have sent proof of the settlement amounts. And it is still open, now I get a F&^*KING email from another department (UNEMPLOYED CARD) WHAT?????? Ive emailed Contactcard, Collections, Lebogang Mashiane from Social Media. YOU CANT EVEN CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AFTER SENDING YOU PROOF IVE PAID ALL OUTSTANDING MONIES OWED. IVE NEVER DESPISED A COMPANY MORE THAN ABSA. GET MY ACCOUNT SETTLED AND CLOSED TODAY FFS!!!
