ABSA IS USELESS

Absa is so useless, they putted my account with account number *** on hold long ago, then I got email from them saying I must state where I got R1000 in 23 September and I must provide proof and Affidavit I did that and they said it all clear now, my account will starts working in 48 hours on which It was supposed to start working on the 28th of September and now we are on October 15 but my account is still on hold so I request them to remove that hold from my account
