Absa is useless

I am currently in Absa Bank at Table Bay Mall. My dad is 81 years old and have been a loyal customer since 1958. He just needed a 6 month bank statement. We came here 3 days ago for the same reason and waited 1 hour at customer services. Pensioners do not get any preference or priority. Only 1 counter open. Today the same thing. I asked the manager for assistance and was told sorry your dad just have to wait like everyone else. He is 81. The staff walks around like they are on a Sunday walk at Kirsten Bosch. Useless service and they do not even care. I am dumb struck at the level our country have dropped to. Absa should just close their doors and I really don't care about any staff member loosing their job as they don't seem to need it. Very poor service.
