ABSA IS USELESS

Being trying to get the app to work.It works for 2 weeks then their is a credential problem. Went in Friday to the branch, stood outside in the cold for 2 hours to have the problem sorted . Now on Monday it has been blocked for security purposes. Not working again. Does ABSA realy know what they are doing or are they purposly stopping me from working with my money.It is ridiculous, I"am moving to Capitec. Their branches are open everyday,early till late and their App is working all the time, everytime.Absa deserves no stars in my opinion.
