Absa ***** is useless

Worst bank ever !!! A client oaid money to my aunt into my acc and their deal went sideways to which the client reported the transaction as *****ulent and they blocked my acc. I in return said they can send the lady her money back as its still there , untouched. This bank has been sending me in circles since January 2024. Writing affidavits , sending documents. Visiting branches , emails.. you name it , ive done it. And to this day they havent send this womens money back or opened the acc with the rest of my money in it. I have sent hundreds of emails and all they say is we will forward it to the investigation officer assigned to the case. You are freaken useless , my name gets dragged through the mud cause u cant , IN 10 MONTHS , send a womens money back !!! How ***********
