Absa is USELESS

Poor poor poor and useless service, went to the Branch in Lephalale, went on 2 separate days because the firts day they couldnt help me because SYSTEM was tooo slow! Head office should have helped or something! Same thing the following day! ABSA you guys are useless, we pay for "service" but what servie? You run a monopoly and just don't care to provide service, loosing 1 or 2 clients is nothing to you.
