ABSA is useless

I had two accounts wit MFC, one vehicle was in an accident and was paid out by the insurance. Then MFC deduct both vehicles installments, but this now sorted with MFC. the problem is with ABSA. On 2019-07-07 the one account of an amount of R8632.75 and other one of R5117.47 went off my account. I went into ABSA Airport to reverse the amount of R8632.75. On 2019-07-02 both amount was refused, which is totally wrong. ABSA now are making me look like a fool and that i don't have the funds for the one vehicle of R5117.47. I demand ABSA to correct this and pay the amount of R5117.47 with immediate effect to MCF Nedbank.
