Absa is useless

i open an account at a absa bank in Randburg on 19/03/2015 moved my salary everything form my other bank the person who was helping is Lungile Nkosi , i gave her all the document that were need to open my account everything was fine according to her now i'm told my account was blocked due to not providing FICA information to absa to hell with this its not even a month absa is giving me problems i can not pay my rent its month end i don't have access to my account useless bank i will cancel this account and everyone i know will know amount this hopping they will never do business with absa as well.... fron Nolwazi ***
