Absa is unreliable as ever

It's a normal Sunday afternoon, and Absa online is not working. It says my accounts are unavailable and then kicks me out. Great job, Absa. This ticket will be assigned to an employee to follow up, they will say they are investigating the issue, or they will blame me, and then close the ticket before you can respond, like they always do.
