ABSA is unhelpfull and rude.

I contacted ABSA and asked for a better interest rate on my credit card. Was aseerd that I doint meet the criteria. I then responded that I have an excellent credit score and payment history. I also asked if they can say witch criteria I did not meet. Was give a very blunt "we doint share that" answer.

Now I know that one customer is probably not importsnt to them nut I have been with Absa since they were Volkskas more than 30 years. Meanwhile other banks offer me s better rate, but my bank treats me like they don't care for my business!

Very disapointed!
