ABSA is *********

Its been the second time since Absa has decided to inconvenience my life, in 2018 i got a reduction on my credit card limit with no communication at all which I have accepted, their statement was that i have not been making regular payment on my card . which i understand, now in 2019 they have done the same , when they feel fit that would give me increase and decrease my limit when they feel best. it was my sons birthday on the weekend , of which they reduced my limit and taking away all my credit leaving my son with a birthday gift, a little boys dreams being shattered. they have also inconvenienced financial status by not get my wife to her gynecological appointment as i was depending on my credit to help me through the month. I spoke to one of the consultants that informed me, that when the thier collections department is not happy with the payment made to the card they will reduce it, I asked that same consultant when was my last payment to that card she inform me that I made a payment of 14k on the 06/09/2019, so how can collections be unhappy with my payment history. this journey with Absa was not one of the greatest, when i took out my credit card i was given an amount of 30k, of which Absa has reduced to 24800, and now they have reduced it again to 13k, which is unacceptable. I make my payment to my card after the last issue that happy in 2018. I left Nedbank and i think its a mistake that I have done that .as I never had this experience once with Nedbank. I feel that i was unfairly treated and this is me voicing my facts imagine how much other customer are feeling the same way .
