Absa is unbelievable, never stop to amazes me

<p>On the 30th of May we received an SMS reading: “MR L BRUCE CONTACT ABSA LEGAL RECOVERIES AT *** IN REGARDS TO 02 OPEL CORSA UTILITY *** TO AVOID JUDGEMENTS AND SUMMONS”</p> <p> </p> <p>Why will we receive such an SMS although payments are being made every month end? When contacting the number stipulated nobody is answering. Despite multiple requests I am still not receiving monthly statements although Karen previously advices that she will ensure that monthly statements are being mailed to myself. This of course never happened and now we are receiving these kind of SMS’s. I wanr a letter clearly stipulating as to why we have received this SMS, what payments has not been received and why after multiple requests I still have to beg for statements.</p> <p> </p>
