Absa is unable to give back my fixed deposit investment

<p>I invested R105 000 last year for 6 months and it matured end of January this year. But then it automatically reinvested when I wanted to add in an additional R20000. Now the new maturity date was 02 May 2017, so I went to the branch to withdraw funds and I was told they can't because the money is sitting on the sub account. I don't even know what that sub account is, as a lay person. After the teller couldn't assist, I was sent to the consultant who told me the same thing. ..thats when I saw red! I spent over an hour, having to just and PROVE that I really did make the investment. The consultant even had the audacity to ask me if I'm sure that I hadn't withdrawn the money. After a long while it was given to me WITHOUT INTEREST! They have kept my money with them for 3 months, promised a return of 6.8 percent and when it's time to release it, they fail to do so without being pressured! </p>
