ABSA is trash
I did a withdrawal on one of the ABSA ATM ( Caltex Garage Bela-bela) with my standard bank card but the money never came out from the ATM, but on my account the money got debited, the ATM did a reboot and i waited for more than 30 minutes but my money never came out, i have sent the slips and screenshots to the ABSA twitter account, when the ATM rebooted, this happened on the 22nd of January 2022, the ABSA twitter account was replying to all my messages telling me they are investigating and will resolve the issue then provide feedback, but from Monday 31st January 2022 they started ignoring my messages, the amount was R900, please help
