Absa is the worst service PROVIDER ?

I called in early this month regarding my VAF, this lady with an appalling attitude with no sense of patience and humility. She rushes me through the Call that I made to Absa with MY AIRTIME. I ask her to kindly move my debit date to the end of the month, she didn't do that but was rather more concerned with other things apart from that I had called in for. Just now my bank account has been debited and the payment bounced bank charges occurred, who now has to pay for that??? I hate and I regret with passion why I took service from Absa.
