ABSA is the Worst bank with ********* stuff

The incompetence and ignorance of the people working at absa the credit card division is beyond me I have made an arrangement the month prior to make payment and the end of the month I made the payment but still received calls sms and emails stating an amount I never agreed on paying I called the agent back and made an arrangement only for them to go into my bank account( current account) without my consent without my knowledge and deduct money which means I have paid twice in one month I can’t deal with the constant harassment and being violated like this please can get help on this matter and a new institution to bank with please
