Absa is the worst bank with empty promises

I have a cheque acc with absa opened the acc online in absa internet. No overdraft and no cheque book and no cheque card. I only used it to save money in. OCT 2017 the phoned me and said the acc is in arrears due to acc charges. I told them I am unemployed and will only be able to pay R100 a month until the R900 is paid off. They said no problem and will make a note on the acc as soon as its paid off it must be closed. I sent them a affadavid from ********** stating I am unemployed. May 2018 I sent them another mail saying the account is paid off and last R100 was paid. I just gine into my account another R468.26 is added again and all their promises is out the door. I dint have a car to go to absa and why did they promise to attache a note to close account if its paid off.
