Absa is the worst bank there is in SA

I have sent 3 mails in a week and got no feedback, I want to stop a deduction from going off and they just keep deduction and charging fees for insufficient funds but provide no help in fixing the situation… the branches do not help and just tell you to call of write an email… the customer service in non-existing. I wish I didn’t have my home loan there, I would close all my accounts immediately
