Absa is the worst bank there ever was and ever will be.

Absa has got to be the worst bank ever. It seems that nobody is communicating with anyone within that organisation. A vehicle was sold to me **********ly on the 26/07/2019 by a dealership that Absa works very closely with. After i brought this to their attention, Absa said that they cannot do anything and that the matter is between me and dealership. i then returned the car to the dealership within 4working days (cooling off period) i requested a termination with Absa. they confirmed to me that they would send the car to auction within 10days of getting the c.ar. That was back in September. We are now in December and i am being issued summons to appear in court for a car that was returned to them within 4working days and is in their possession. They speak of repossessing it which is disturbing as IT IS WITH THEM, seriously Absa. This is my life that is being affected and all the while you continue to give business to dealerships that know nothing about integrity.
