ABSA is the worst bank ever - no branding and look and feel revamps can ever change their mob mentality.

Worst bank ever. Firstly had issues closing my account with them a few years back. Now they are refusing to update any payments made to account; even after a proof of payment was submitted.

The immediate suspicion is that they want to earn ********* and ******* interest rates on the account.

The dumbest excuse of having nothing t do with providing an update is given; according to them they can't update an account which they just decided to hand over randomly to their lawyers, and their lawyers also in turn state similar reasons.

My account is thus stuck in limbo and earning ridiculous interest.
