Absa is the worst bank ever!!!

Absa is pathetic, I logged a complain, Vanessa Crowe contacted me gave me a reference number. Said that she will give me feedback by 28/08 end of day we are now on 30/08 still no reply no feedback. It is the worts bank to bank with!!!!!!!!! So where do you complain if no one is capable of doing anything about it....!!!!!

No feedback after that!!!!
