ABSA is the worst bank ever! Don't give them your business!

I am so angry and frustrated with ABSA bank. They are THE most unfriendly bank. I have been calling their call center and getting shunted from pillar to post, one person to the next. Eventually I decided to go into the branch at gateway yesterday and was AGAIN told they cannot give me a settlement letter only the amount. I most call the collections department to get a letter. Even there the lady was extremely not helpful and said I must go back to the branch. I am livid and all I want to do is settle this debt and move on with my life!

Clearly it is ABSA policy to keep people in a cycle of debt!

I am sick and tired can't wait to get rid of them. you are truly the worst!
