Absa is the worst bank ever!!!

My account has been suspended since 24 December 2024, they said they suspect ***** activity within my account when my mother in law sent me money to do some trading...they contacted her bank and she confirmed that she sent me money ,now Absa doesn't wanna open up my account .I get excuses every day. when I contact them and this is frustrating as I'm using that's my only account I'm using. I want to the bank branch to find out what was happening with my account why is it blocked they could not answer me and the called the ***** line they got me a Ref no. Which after a couple of days when I called them to inquire they told me that the Ref no I was given they didn't have it on the system but they say they saw that my account is closed and said I should wait 21 working days they will give me feed back and I will have my account back, Every time I call them they would be rude and when I ask question they say the investigation officer we'll call you but they never do and when I ask question they never answer me just say the investigation is still on but no feedback to what is wrong. I ended up asking them did I commit ***** or did someone commit ***** into my account I just want my account I will take my business to FNB or Standard bank they might not better, My children can not go to school because they don't have clothes and pay for fee and transport. We have being eating pap with water I can't be asking people for money when I have my life is a stand still Who gave them the right to freeze my account and if people did take money out of your account they always say they can't recover it but they want to hold our money
