Absa is the worst bank ever and i wouldn't recommend it to people

Earlier this month i experienced something in my bank account and honestly absa is not doing anything about it. Case reference number C-***9. Today i experienced the same thing i asked them to stop this people from taking funds into my account and block them but that was not taken seriously today more than R8000.00 from the same organization did deduct money into my account again. The app is useless in my experience an how do people deduct money without any of my knowledge. There is no debit orders approval or decline option. It shows that money is out but unable to stop them.

I wouldn't recommend people to absa its unreliable and not the bank to keep money in. Can you please reply publicly so everyone may see because this this of replying privately its useless and other wont find the truth. *** thats my email and 930610**98080 thats my id so dont forget to respond publicly so others may know how far my case is.
