Absa is the worst bank ever

I am totally disgusted with absa my home loan has be declined due to the neglicence of Absa and Mbd.my account has been paid in full Account number ***. Why is my account still showing as opened . this has been settle 5 months ago and still not closed after sending emails to Basani and yesterday to Pravesh, wht has teh itc not been updated by Absa an Mbs, What was Mbd paid to do with my account.if my name is not cleared and removed of Itc i am going to take this up further . my account *** and account ***- Please i need my name uodated in Itc or else i am taking this up further
