Absa is the worst bank ever

Can a competent person at ABSA contact me, I want to change my accounts Debit order Date. A simple request that your agents cant get right. I have been push from pillar to post just for something so simple. I told Jacob I will just cancel my debit order with my bank and his response was go ahead instead of helping me out. I'm disgusted by this poor service.
