ABSA is the worst bank!!

I am a private banker at ABSA and ABSA is the worst bank ever!!! I am a client of FNB as well, and they deliver far better than ABSA. I received a phonecall this morning regarding my personal loan account. According to them it is in arrears, where in fact, I paid in an extra amount. Now, for the second time today, I received another phonecall regarding the “outstanding amount”. ABSA, get your act together. Start doing your job!
