ABSA is the worst
I have never encountered such poor service in my life..ever.
Tried to make a payment on the ABSA app and got a technical error but my money went out. I called their call centre and now im told i have to send an email and they will get back to me after 3 working days.
Now im i have been on the line for 4o minutes waiting for a Team Leader...
Sies...
I want to use my money now...
