Absa is the worst!!!!!

ABSA is the worst! I would never recommend it to anyone. I had a vehicle account with them, the account is now paid up, took them forever to send me a paid up letter now we are going into circles again for the car registration documents. Their consultants are sending me from department to department but none of them is helping. All I want is Absa to close the account with them and send me my car registration documents. I will not even mention their consultants attitude, so unprofessional!!
